Charges when buying a house in Graubünden

We are planning to buy a house in Graubünden.

Regarding additional costs at the moment of buying, I could find 2.3% of the buying price as specified on this site:
http://www.engadimmo.ch/de/immobilien-steuern.htm

Is that all at the time of buying?
I am aware of recurring Eigenmietwert and Vermögenssteuer.

Re: Charges when buying a house in Graubünden

I can only speak from Canton Fribourg, but here the Canton charges a 2% tax, the city charges 2% tax and the land registry takes another 1% .
