| | Looking for accommodation in Geneva
Can anyone recommend a good website for searching for accommodation in Geneva? I have a job interview coming up there and want to be prepared. I know that the housing market in Geneva is very tight but I definitely do not want to live in France and no more than 30 minutes by train from Geneva.

There's soon a meetup in Geneva and I'm certain, that you could couchsurf with some EFers until you find your own place to stay.

I imagine you are on FaceBook. There are at least 2 buy and sell groups that have apts. that are advertised every day. There seems to be more and more availability, but of course you will need to be able to move quickly.
Search under Buy and sell Geneva. If you can't find them, let me know and I will get the exact names (not on my computer at the moment).

Also, which side of the lake will your work be? If you will be commuting by car, try to stay on that side. Crossing the bridge is horrible in the mornings

End to end, it's manageable in 30 mins by car, 50 mins by public transport.
Even easier if i'm willing to get to the office earlier than 8:30.

I'm also more productive before the masses arrive at the office.

Also try Glocals. There are always people moving, and looking for people to take over their flats.
