Painting door frame - regie's estimate

Hello

Just had a move-out inspection. There's 3 very small areas/lines (each is 2cm long, 0.5 cm wide) on a white door frame that need a re-touch/painting job. The regie gave an estimate of about chf 30 to chf 60 maximum if they were to take care of this themselves. Is this a reasonable range? Also, are they obliged to show us the receipt for the painting job once done (no receipt, no payment)?

Very reasonable, tell then you pay Chf 60.-- and end of story.

That is not even 1 hour work rate for a tradesman, not counting time to get to the site, protection, materials etc.

Receipt, if you want to make it difficult for everybody, then maybe they will make it difficult for you too. I expect the regie will send you a bill for Chf 60.-- ans you will pay it.
