Hi all

Can anyone tell me what I can expect from the MV are they advice only it will they actually go to bat for me with my landlord.

I plan to get them to help me with handover as o expect it to be problematic

Why would you expect it to be problematic?
Have you caused any damage? Is there an ongoing dispute?

How long have you been in the apt?
Is it the landlord or an agency doing the handover?

Otherwise MV work for you.
