How to clean roller blinds?

Hello!

How to clean these Swiss roller blinds (hope, I am using a correct expression) inside, if you cannot open the window?
I found that it is almost impossible and my roller blinds look a quite dirty

Hi Bubbel!

Just took a look at the attached picture. I have the exact same type of
window in my bedroom (3 panes, handle to open rightmost wing, middle wing opening, leftmost not opening).

Do note the middle wing is attached to the left wing.

The trick is, you see the big screw on top and below the left wing?
Unscrew those and you can swing open the whole shebang (why else would the leftmost wing have hinges, eh?

I second that. The trick is in the screw
