État des lieux advice please

Hi. Moved from a rented house in January 2018 with the État des Lieux being completed by the end of the month. It was agreed we would pay 200 chf for pond cleaning and that we would cut back a specific plant before new tenants moved in in March. This was completed and we have photographic evidence which was sent to the landlord. Our bond was replayed minus the 200 chf. Last week we received a facture for 780 chf for hedge trimming, we clearly have disputed this but they are now threatening legal intervention. What are the rules here on an etat des lieux which has been signed off 4 months previously?

Many thanks
