Apartment interior changes

I bought an apartment near Zurich and would like to make some interior changes, i.e. remove a wall, add a duplex, etc. can someone advises some companies to do good jobs?

It maybe somewhat difficult to "add a duplex" in an exisiting apartement.....

Maybe they already had an apartment in the same build and now they want to join them?
