From their website:

Our truck delivery service

Whether you are ordering online or from an IKEA store, we deliver everything directly to the room of your choice. You simply choose the most convenient delivery date and time window. Delivery time approx. 10 days; Monday to Saturday.
However the question from blackbird is a good one, if they have to carry everything up 5 floors you might end up sweaty yourself. Surely such is in the T&c

Re: Ikea [deliveries]

On Saturday I ordered few beds and a lot of stuff (moving to new apartment). On the desk while doing my invoices I've asked cashier if items will be delivered to my apartment upstairs (my apt is on second floor). She said yes. So waiting...

Three years ago we ordered some furniture (couch, bed frame, etc.) and they delivered everything to our 3rd floor apartment (with no lift in the building). Your results may vary, of course.

Re: Ikea [deliveries]

I had stuff delivered from IKEA Dietlikon to Zurich at the 5th floor, with lift. That's totally ok.

The real problem was not the 5th floor, rather a couple of hits in the packaging resulting in dents on the furniture. In the end they were on the back side and I decided not to complain and waste more time, but for the following big purchase I rented a big van from Mobility and picked up everything form the store with a friend. It costed me only 40 CHF and I could make sure that everything was handled properly.

You can register with Mobility with the plan "Click & Drive" and you have no fixed fees, it's very convenient if you only go to IKEA once a year.
