Help getting guest to move out

So, I had some guests around for dinner and after a bit too much wine, agreed he shouldn't drive home and should sleep on the couch.

Now he refuses to leave quoting EF lawyers as saying that he has the right to stay there for weeks now and that I need to send him an official registered letter (valid only from next month) before he will even think about leaving.

He pays no rent and is eating all my food. What can I do???

Stop making lame fake threads?

EDIT - Or is this actually serious? I mean I guess there is a 0.1% chance at least.

Re: Help getting guest to move out

Invite yourself and your 'friend' to a dinner at your neighbors. Bring wine. Leave a certain point.

My girlfriend is connected in the Russian , just give me your address and they'll take care of it. As payment they'll take some of your valuables....

Re: Help getting guest to move out

In all honesty. As he is a guest you can show him the door at any point. If he does not leave he would be a trespasser at which point you can remove him by force, even lethal if that is the only option and your life or those of others is in danger

Re: Help getting guest to move out

From the number of posts you've made I guess this is serious. Just call the police and say you have a trespasser, or even an intruder, and they'll turf him out.

I would not recommend lethal force however!!

Keep chasing him around the apartment, it's good for your fitness. Once he's thin enough slide him out under the door.

Refill fridge and pantry only with awful stuff, such as battered and fried gnat wings, dessicated crunchy larvae muesli, chocolate covered cockroaches and you yourself dine out at yummy places
