Owning a flat and sharing it as a WG
Hi

Am interested to hear if anyone has had experience to be a landlord and share a flat in Zurich? I understand that the person renting would have a set contract, timeline to give notice, etc.

Anyone have any tips on calculating the rent itself?

Will look forward to replies or PM.
