Katasteranzeige (land registry) valuation

I own my apartment, one of six in a block, and have done for the past 8 years.

I just received a Katasteranzeige which, to the best of my translation abilities, is saying that a new valuation (Katasterwert) of the 'Parzellen' by the Gemeinde is now x chfs (down 10% from what appears to be the last valuation done 10 years ago)

My question is .. what should I do, if anything, with this information ?

AFAIK you need that for your tax income return?

Re: Katasteranzeige (land registry) valuation

Thanks, I thought about that.. but, presumably, it could only effect my 'value tax' and that's being assessed, hopefully, by the same people who have 'valued' our land 'parcel'.

Still, I'll add it to my tax return.
