Punctured foil

Does anyone know where to find punctured foil?

Ideally double sides with paper in between.

Building a shield room, and would like to let the walls breathe

A shield room, that is a room shielded against electromagnetic radiation ?

"Can be used when you are making your own aluminium hat (“Tin Foil Hat”). Can be used as an extra layer on top of some aluminium foil. Can also be used inside hats.

Please note:

Please note that the hats are not included when buying this aluminium foil with adhesive. The pictures are used to show that you can use the foil to turn most hats into aluminium hats."

Indeed - similar to that, but microperforated (as external walls need to breathe). Also used as a radiant barrier in lofts quite often.

Also it's less about tin foil hats and EM radiation, and more around preventing signals leaving the room... I do testing of some fun stuff (e.g. GPS spoofers and jammers), which needs to be done in a Faraday cage.

It might make more sense (and be much cheaper) to build a smaller enclosure with a simple, wooden frame and sheets of cardboard-backed foil.

You could make it collapsible (for storage) and use foam-filled EMI gasket or self-adhesive copper tape for the joins although you may not need that.

Re: Punctured foil

I prefer its application to the "tin foil hat" project. It sounds more legitimate than your activities.
Anyway, here is an example of a Chinese product which you can buy in small quantities:
