Where can I buy bedlinen/bed set nowdays most easily?

Dear all!

I will move to Dietikon on Friday, I bought lots of furniture from the current tenant. I need to buy/rent a bed in the future but I least I have a couch
to sleep until I get it. But my major issue is that I don't know where could I buy bedlinen/bed set because everything is closed. ( Because of the coronavirus )
Or where could I order from online where they deliver it very fast? (1-2 days)

Thank you for your help!

I think (but not totally sure) some of the bigger coops sell bed linen. Otherwise maybe ikea or Migros micasa
One issue is that the delivery times are longer due to pressure on the system.
Otherwise we have some no longer used sleeping bags you could have - but we are in Ruschlikon

Manor Online sells bed linen, check delivery times though. Usually delivery is only a few days, but they might be experiencing delays due to increased demand.

Can you get to a Coop Megastore? If so, they might still be able to sell their household goods. Call ahead, though, as some stores blocked those off as they are considered non-essential goods. You don't want to make an unnecessary trip.

They are certainly supposed to be blocked off - suspect online is the only option.

Galaxus seem to sell bed linen. Also Pfister (I quite like their stuff but maybe not the cheapest) and Micasa.

Delivery from Galaxus (can't speak for the others) is fine in normal times...but the delivery services are all running pretty well at capacity now so who knows.

Try them.
Here's their sheets.
You got a duvet already, here are theirs.

And if you speak German, go on have a giggle for me giving you each link separately but you did not say where you're moving from.

I've been happy with previous purchases from g-nacht.ch for what it's worth. Great discounts on Schlossberg brand which we love

IKEA offers 48-hour delivery to one of their collection points. While choosing a delivery location, you can select "Abholstationen" and then "Abzuholen im Einrichtungshaus". I see Spreitenbach in the list, it's very close to Dietikon.

The info on their website seems a little misleading, currently only the pick up points in Chur and Saxon are open. However as of Apr 5th they are offering 72hr home delivery which will be cool.

Yes, I also thought that. Therefore I checked it and proceeded until I managed to choose Spreitenbach as a delivery location (but I didn't place the order, because it was for the test purpose).

On their main page it's written "Hole deine Bestellung innerhalb von 48h in den Einrichtungshäusern sicher und kontaktlos ab. (BAG konform)". By the way, in English it's "Collect your order within 24 hours of confirmation from any store (except Lugano) in a safe and contactless way (in line with Federal Office of Public Health guidelines)."

Also, here they have "Can I pick up the ordered furniture at an IKEA store (Click & Collect or Collect box)?" question and the answer is that "Click & Collect orders (collection in an IKEA store) are possible for all IKEA stores except IKEA Grancia.".

Ikea has it's own sizes. If OP already has duvet and pillows, their covers won't fit.
If OP buys all from Ikea, he has to stick with them.

With the exception of Ikea fitted sheets. These are the same size as elsewhere as the mattresses sold at Ikea are the standard sizes sold in Switzerland.

Re: Where can I buy bedlinen/bed set nowdays most easily?

I order almost everything off any of these:
www.lehner-versand.ch
www.ronja.ch
www.angelabruderer.ch

However, it usually takes 3-4 days rather than 1-2 and I would generally not rely on anything being delivered within short timeframes at the moment. Most things will be delayed.

I have a huge Coop and Migros nearby, both of which I believe still sell bed linens, I think I've seen some the other day (at the same time, at my local Coop, I am no longer allowed to buy socks, though they are literally on the same shelf as other things that I'm still allowed to buy - ah the logic - but I digress)
