Chemmie just a few questions.

Do you have floor heating?
Is your parkett glued to the floor?
Is your parkett "tongue and groove" or "click"?
Is this problem only in one room?
How high is the moisture in your room?

Yes floor heating.

Unsure if it's glued to the floor
Unsure, of type.
Same room, but different areas.
Unsure of the moisture level, but would guess on the drier side.

Re: Parkett Problems

It's not your problem - either it's poor quality (usually too thin), or badly laid, or just a consequence of drying out in drier air. Landlord responsibility.

If it's not causing you any actual issues then don't worry about it - though you should inform your landlord (recorded delivery letter) so it's on the record in case he tries to charge you for it when you leave - he can then decide whether and when to address it.
