Costs for extending a mortgage

I have a mortgage split into libor and fixed. The libor is about to be replaced with the new SARON equivalent.

My bank UBS got in touch to let me know and ask if I want to make any changes. After figuring that out together, he said there was a CHF 150 admin charge for rolling it over (reduced from CHF 300).

I had not been made aware of this so I asked him where the charge is shown on the UBS website. He said it is not shown, it is internal pricing and subject to change.

Anyone else had experience with rolling over mortgages and fees?

Re: Costs for extending a mortgage

I have extended a 5-year fixed interest-only mortgage 4 times with the ZKB. There was never a charge for this...
