keys

hi all
I bought a house, then i have started to discover different surprises.
The most annoying is related to the keys.
When i did the hand over the previous owner gave us a Sicherheitkarte and 8 keys(4 master +4 secondary). Then i discovered that there is a Schliessplan. In the plan i see 10 keys. So, now there are two keys(one master and one secondary) missing. I have asked the previous owner to search for them. He doesnt answer anymore to my emails and my phone.
And i am really happy! I am joking!

Now, what would you do in this situation?

I know that changing the key system is really expensive and i dont think i have to pay for it.
I cannot block the 2 missing keys because the producer informed me that there is a password put by the previous owner. I cannot reset it because the owner has to send a copy of his ID to the company, up to this moment he didnt do such action.
So, it is a really shitty situation for me.
Of course, is my stupid mistake that i trusted the seller and i didnt do any written handover protocol.

Thank you for any useful advise,
Helek

Re: keys

Is there a full reset or a masterpassword from the company possible, I'd be amazed if the system has to be replaced due to a forgotten password.

You might even try to google for those.

If you are the owner, the previous owner is irrelevant.

Agree with Tom. The locksmith needs proof that you're the owner. You need to take your house's Grundbuchauszug, and that's enough proof that you own the house, and he will happily do whatever changes to the records you need.
