Re: backdating Tenant charges

Yes and no.

It be very simple and easy, I prefer however something like this:

50% based on sqm. 50% based on amount of people living in it.
Alas, in our building, and most others, it is simply based on m2. While more people use more hot water, they do not use more heat, and most of the cost is the heat and not the hot water.

Optimal would be individual metering of heat and hot (and cold) water.

Question: Of those languages French, German, Italian. With which one are you most familiar with?

PS: Did you know that deepl.com gives amazing good translations?
it would be French.

Re: backdating Tenant charges

by the way, we had a membership with CGI for a while but we found the level of support / advice given was very minimal.
we decided to cancel the subscription after paying for a one to one meeting and the advice given (rent increase) backfired
