End of Tenancy: Removing Wallpapers

We will soon move out of our rented house and wanted to know what is the best way to remove wallpapers? Unlike UK, the walls on our house seems to have an extra layer of padded cardboard type wall coverings where the Decorative wallpapers were applied and wanted to k is from fellow forumites what’s the best way to remove the wallpapers safely without leaving marks?

We also have painted one of the walls, but that will be easy to paint it over with a white coat of paint.

Furthermore, if anyone can recommend a good removal company in Basel then that would be greatly appreciated.
