Kitchen issue

Dear Forum,

I would like to ask if somebody faced with. Iím renting
an appartement in Geneva. It seems that kitchen area, close to lavabo,
is made of not that good quality materials. I see many bubbles appearing,
despite I ve put silicone. Who is responsible for that, Regie or locataire? And what to do with it?

Thank you!
