handover

Hi all,
the renovations for the house are coming to an end.
The works were to:
1. change the electricity because of a new heating system is in place
2. change the heating to a warm pump
3. change the kitchen with new appliances
4. change the bathrooms with new stuff

I have asked the architect whether there will be any handover with some "training" on how to use the heating, what was changed in terms of electricity panel. He doesnt seems to understand what i want to say and i am wondering if such a handover is usual in CH.
Any ideas/experiences?
Thank you
