@3Wishes: without going into too much detail, can you pls shed more light on the bidding process (i.e., was your bid below, above, and by how much: 3%, 10%, 20%, etc)

Hi, we bid over, but only by about 2%. If someone else wanted to bid way over, good for them. As promised it was a one-shot bid. In the end that turned out well, because we didn't have to agonize twice about how much we'd be willing to pay.
