I live in an apartment, that's surrounded by other apartment buildings
IN Zurich.

Recently, one of the Apartment buildings (not the one I'm living in) started to do some construction --- Scaffoldings are being put up

They started work at 7am and every morning (this week) they have started at 7am each day.

I'm just wondering if there is a rule / law / general policy of what time construction can occur in a residential area.


AND - due to Covid, I've been working from home more regularly --- so I tend to sleep in a little longer and work a little later into the evening. So normally a 7am construction wouldn't bother me, but at these times it's annoying.

They are allowed to start at 7 am sharp but not sooner.
