That must be really annoying, having to go directly from the border, non-stop, to your apartment. No shopping on the way. And then stay indoors for a long time.
Does this mean that, from outside Switzerland, you've already managed to rent a flat or a room, but it is empty? If so, where will you be? Do you think you could get through the quarantine with just the basics, (let's say: mattrass on floor, table, chair, some storage boxes, basic kitchenware, towels)? And then, once you're allowed to go out, you could go shopping for what you'd actually
like to buy?
