Moving to Zurich

Hello all,
my name is Max and after living in London for almost 10 years, I decided to move to Zurich with my family of three (3 years old daughter).
Our plan is to rent a short term letting for being able to register to the local authorities and start to look for a stable apartment
I will be earring around 13000 CHF/month and I think a budget of 4000/4500 for a 3 bedrooms around the Zurich area.
I would like my daughter to attend a bilingual nursery for a couple of years and this is our biggest driver for choosing the location.
Afte some research we selected Horgen mainly for the Lakeside nursery there (which has some available places as for now). It seems a good area, not too rural (we like the urban setting) and with good connections. But what is putting me off is the opinion of other people on this forum about it being to noisy for trains and traffic.
I initially thought Enge would be the best option for us but for what I could see on homegate.ch 4000/4500 CHF are on the lower end budget for a 3 bedroom apartment in good condition.

Do you have any suggestion, recommendation based on our needs? Any opinion will help greatly.
Thanks
