recomendations for gardener / Painter Horgen

Hi

We looking for a gardener to do some renovations clean and replant a kind of abandoned garden.

We also look for painters, we not sure (depends on cost) to fix a exterior small area or to paint the whole exterior.

For both, we are price sensitive (being Switzerland), we clear even chap is going to be expensive, but we do not want to be shopping around forever.

Also, does someone know if re-doing the garden can be taken as maintenance for tax purposes?

thanks

My parents have used https://www.cremerbruhin.ch/ as a gardener and http://www.faoromaler.ch/ as painter in the past. Not sure about the price and if they speak English or Spanish as my parens speak German but worth a call to ask.
