You'll have Pâquis nearby which gets quite lively, plenty of decent bars snd restaurants plus access to the lake in walking distance. Pâquis is the old red light district and there's a certain amount of trade still going on if you look hard enough.
Behind the station is the Grottes quartier which is also well supplied with an interesting nightlife.
The other bank is perhaps slightly more upmarket....
