Looks like the former Swissôtel in Zürich Oerlikon. It went bankrupt not too long ago, after struggling to become/remain profitable for an extended time. The student rooms will probably be an intermediate use until it reopens, or whatever the owners are planning for.

I worked for more then 8 years in that builiding, it is shocking, around 270 people lost their jobs, we had good and bad times, but is time to move on,because these decisions where made way up above my paygrade.
The building will remain annd will be used in a different manner, the bar and restaurant will reopen this year.

Limited duration until end of 2021, but oh, wow, looks good, and for Fr. 790 per month.

I hope they find a way to keep that in some form or other. I have many happy memories of attending events there. There aren't that many places left in or around Zürich where that many people can attend.

There are several campuses within a 15 minute public transport ride and even a few in walking distance from that place.
