Hi all, I have what is possibly a stupid question. I moved out of a WG and now am in an apartment on my own, and in the rent 'Nebenkosten' are included (it says in my contract that this includes general power, hot water, etc..). Do I still need to 'register' with EWZ, or is that all being taken care of by my landlord?

Usually in nebenkosten you have electricity for shared spaced, like hallway, basement etc.
You do have to register with EWZ for electricity within your apartment.
