I have an apartment in Klosters which I rent out for four or five weeks a year. I would not base a seasonal rental price on permanent rents quoted on Homegate, Comparis etc. There is always a premium for a holiday rental even if it is for a whole season. I would suggest you look at the websites of the Agents in Klosters who holiday rent properties. Mon Ami
https://www.monamihome.ch/en/ springs to mind, the local Estate Agents (Hodel etc) and the new one opposite Al Capone's terrace.
I rent my apartment on international sites (VRBO, Trip Advisor etc) so don't really hit the Swiss market. I have my own website which I would be happy to link you too in a pm if you are interested. Honestly speaking, I rent out during the WEF and this one lucrative week covers my annual costs. If the WEF returns to Davos you might want to consider renting then and doing holiday rents which would allow you to use your apartment too.
I would also like to know if its acceptable to advertise on here. During lockdown, I followed the example of someone who had their website as a signature as I thought people might be interested in a change of scene at a reduced rate, but I didn't feel comfortable with that and took it off.
I have no idea what to expect this year, particularly from the British market following last year's retrospective Christmas quarantine. I do know, however, that there has been strong interest in seasonal rents over this Covid period.
