Hello Forum,

Does anyone know of a reliable house cleaner? Would like them 1-2 times a week. We used batmaid for 6 months but the cleaners are not very good and notoriously unreliable. They would cancel the day before almost 2 times monthly.

House is physically in the village of Hüneberg just outside of Zug city.

I had good and bad experiences with Batmaid too.

Luis works with his team and super dedicated.

I'm not 100% if he works outside of Zurich but check it with him!

I've been using Kristall Klar for about two years now. Always the same cleaner, a lovely lady who does a great job. Very reliable.

They are based in Pfäffikon SZ, don't know if they work in ZG or not, but since they are not too far from you perhaps worth checking out.
