Looking for some information on where is a good place to start when looking for some legal advice regarding Stockwerkeigentum. Do you know if there are specialist that work in this field of law? I have some questions regarding the Stweg rules and want to better understand our rights following some issues that occurred.

Don't do it, STWEG very very often leads to headaches.

Depends, had no issues in the 10 years I had my apartment. You just need to read carefully what is in the agreement and make sure there is no outstanding debt from the seller. And have a look at the financial status of the community´s funding.
