Hello,

If a fridge is provided in an apartment, is the fridge to be replaced by the landlord would it happen to break down ?

You break it you pay, if it just breaks through no fault of the tenant then the landlord should replace it.

Agreed. The oven/stove that came with our apartment was broken and it was replaced by the landlord for no charge.
