Good news for those looking for rental accomodations in GE

From Swisster:

Geneva flats remain vacant as expats cut budgets
by Jeremy Allen

Geneva - 09 April 2009 | 10:15

There may be glimmers of hope for those looking to see an easing of Geneva’s rental accommodation crisis – with opportunities starting to open up, at least at the top end of the market. Many villas and apartments renting for more than 5,000 francs a month remain vacant, according to relocation agents, who tell Swisster that contributing factors include the fact that newly-arrived expats and multinational companies are paring their budgets.
