[Rental] Additional charges?
Hi

Just wondering what "Additional Charges" are when it comes to renting? What does this mean? Are all bills inlcuded in the additional charges or is this ground rent for maintanance of building?

Unfortunately the forum search on this question mostly works with the German term. Please answer in this thread if there are still uncertainties about the charges.

Normal charges usually include maintenance (concierge), heating/hot water and cable TV. Electricity is most often billed separately.
