How much of an outdoor carpark in Zug?

Hallo,

Do you have any idea of the monthly rental cost of this outdoor carpark in Zug? The location of the carpark is 3mins walk to Metalli and 4mins walk to Zug Bahnhof.

I heard it is CHF50 and I come across some are from range of CHF80-120.

Confused??? What is the market price should be?

Looking forward in hearing from you.

CHIN

Re: How much of an outdoor carpark in Zug?

Which outdoor car park are you talking about?

The ones beside the Zug Business school and Siemens are CHF 8 per day. The one near Heri Stadion is CHF 5 per day. The Park and Ride next to the train tracks and Siemens can be rented on a contract for CHF 70 per month. The one near UBS on Industriestrasse can be rented on a contract for around 80 plus per month, but rarely has places to rent.

The market price is whatever someone is willing to pay. I've paid CHF 250 a month for a garage place in Industriestrasse and my colleague pays CHF 215 per month under Coop.

Re: How much of an outdoor carpark in Zug?

Thanks Maria,
The location is somewhere near opposite side of Ferrari shop. A carpark attached to the entrance of building and next to the garden in an open air space. So, from your information then, how much it will cost for rent monthly? Appreciate your further advice.

There is one row with a Park Uhr directly opposite the Ferrari dealer that you can pay per hour. I doubt you can rent it monthly.

The ones attached to the entrance of the building - that say they will tow away - these are all private places owned by/rented by companies in that building. That is who you need to ask about renting one.

The closest public parking that can be rented monthly and has free places is the park n ride on the opposite side of the train tracks < 5 mins walk away.
