nomads has no particular reputation at present
B or CE Permit rental of part of my house

I have a bought a house and its my permenant home, I would like to consider renting out the apartment on the ground floor. Is this allowed with my B/CE permit ?

It's allowed according to this company (German website). Confirm at your municipality maybe?
