Where to rent a Rug Doctor or equivalent?

If you're from Canada or the Us you know what I'm talking about. You go to the supermarket, and near the front door are the rug doctor machines.

I want to rent one or the equivalent. Any ideas? Or did i simply miss the machines at the supermarket?

ask at a chemist, a proper pharmacy. And get the shampoo there too, when you rent the machine.

assuming a mere European gets what you're on about

You can rent the machine free of charge from any Coop Hardware Store. You buy the shampoo from Coop. Same principle as in Canada..
