Office de Population for sure. Generally, if you got your new B permit, then that has been taken care of.

Looks like you are in St. Cergue, so you need to go to the commune to register. Assume it is the local communal building in the village. Probably have odd opening hours though, look on their website for the hours for controle des habitants.
