Asking a a tenant to leave

We rent our place in Vaud out; and due to a change in circumstances we are seriously thinking about returning. How much notice do we need to give the tenants to leave. Can we reasonably ask them to leave by say Christmas or must we wait until next Summer?

An open question I know, but assuming the agency we have rented our place through has setup a reasonably standard contract?

An unusual question on EF I admit, usually it is the other way around....

Re: Asking a a tenant to leave

More unusual that you are posting here and not asking the agency who you pay commission to...

Re: Asking a a tenant to leave

In Zug is a massive shortage in renatal apartments and i think owners should consider that kiking out somone or a family can cause a massive hardship to them.
According to the standard contract of the Haueigentümerverband, you must give notice with the official form immediatly or til next wensday.

You don't have a copy of the contract
