We hope to sublet out apartment for 10 months. The landlords ok this. Does anyone have a template/copy of a subletting agreement? Does anyone have any advice for us? Very many thanks.

This is a subletting contract in french, the one my landlady gave me to sign. She set it up with the help of a friend who works for a gerance, so it should cover the most important aspects.

I have it as a word file as well but it's too big for uploading it here.
