Why there are no ensuit rooms in Swiss apartments

Dear EFers ...

have you also faced this challenge while looking for your apartments? No ensuite rooms in any place.....or is it just me..not even 2 washrooms even if the size goes above 100sqm...

Re: Why there are no ensuit rooms in Swiss apartments

I have one full bathroom and one toilet with wash basin and proper shower...it all depends how much you want to pay and also it would seem that the modern apartments are more likely to have two bathrooms

they are they but cost you a bit more. to be honest though we only found en-suite useful for when guests were staying and let them have that room so that they can get up in the middle of the night and go to the toilet without having to worry about bumping into me half naked !

We have a full bathroom next to our bedroom, a shower room another toilet room. But I think you right because the bathroom next to our bedroom they could have knocked the wall down to make an ensuite. Now where is my sledge hammer

Did you decide to exhume another "Why are there no *insert random* in Switzerland?" thread after the coin shop debacle?
