They were for illness, no special circumstances, and all bills are covered under basic insurance. The franchise was covered by a few of these, so in other words there was no real excuse not to deal with them as I sent them in together.
In the mean time, they send me four letters, each dealing with two bills each. Why on earth they want to create that much paperwork for themselves I have no idea.
So Avanex has paid all the bills now but the process took over two months in total and involved added stress on my part due to their strange behaviour, so I cannot say I recommend them
