Travel Insurance - Repatriation to the UK

Forgive me if someone has already asked this, but I couldn't find a thred with the answer to my exact query.

I have SWICA health insurance which covers me for repatriation to Switzerland in case of medical emergency or death. In the case that (God forbid) I did 'cark it' - it appears I am not covered for repatriation to the UK. Does anybody know how to resolve this?

Sorry it is such a morbid subject!

Thank you!
