As mentioned, I would seek a second opinion with an insurer specialized in collectible cars.

Hi guys,

thanks all for your replies, much appreciated.
I will ask other insurance companies and see if I can find any specialized in vintage and classic cars. I'm based in Ticino. Hopefully there are some around here.
