yep. marten is what you would be looking for. Which makes me wonder, is marton's handle also just a one-letter-typo?

??? why would you make multiple claims, most people wait until they are about to sell the car or hand it back to the lease company then get everything done at the same time, 1 claim
You cannot unless the damages are all located at the same spot. The insurer obviously has an interest in you paying your deductible for each damage claim.

It's not mouse like, more cat like (and sized).

Why then can a sale trigger MFK? Is it the changed holder? Or does it?
As said a sale does not. As the StVA does not care who the owner is. Owner 8800; Holder. A change of the holder should also not trigger one.

But in the past, until 30. April 2012, the VTS had:
Quote:
This no longer applies (see link above where Art. 33 Abs. 2 Lit. e was removed. Note: Lit e has been "recycled") and the regular MFK check periods are used. For passenger cars and motorcycles it is currently 5-6,3,2,2,... Due to workload this periods can not always be met *cough* Ticino *cough* and the vehicle might have not been checked in ages. In such cases where the check is "over due" (it is actually only due once you get the invite) a change of the holder might trigger an invite to a check.

thanks for the advice so far...

I will start to shop around to find a new company or insurance broker to insure us... I know this will be difficult or costly..

if anyone has been in this situation and has specific companies or brokers that you were successful will please let me know.

The company I was with was Sympany -- I went with them because I have all my other insurances through them and thought this would count for something

They look much more sympathetic in the commercials!
