Health insurance visiting UK after Brexit

I am a UK citizen and been here in CH more than 10 years. I visit UK 2 or 3 times a year. Up until now I have never taken out any additional insurance relying on my Swiss KVG card.

Anyone know what the case is after Brexit ?
