Insurance to teach yoga?

I am hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
I have just completed a yoga teaching course for children and want to start teaching as soon as possible but I don't know what insurance (if any) I need to be able to do this. I will be teaching in a friends yoga studio and she has all the relevant insurance for there but she isn't sure what I need personally as it is children.

I also work part time in a creche so I have had all the legal checks etc to work with children so that is all covered.

Any help is really appreciated.

Re: Insurance to teach yoga?

You should get a "Berufshaftpflichtversicherung" to cover any claims against you, e.g. if you should cause an injury.

Several yoga associations provide for collective insurance arrangments if you are a member (but you still need to subscribe to the insurance):

Otherwise call several insurances and ask what coverage they offer.
