household insurance

My e-scooter was stolen.
I declared it to police 2 weeks ago but nothing ... What happens if i try to trigger my household insurance ? Will they make me pay higher premiums or kick me out before I really need it ? (it was a 400chf)

Re: household insurance

Nothing like that. But usually there is a deductible, if your stolen item is more than that, make a claim.

Re: household insurance

You should make a claim on the house insurance. Although depending who you use there maybe 200-400 deductible. In my experience the premium doesnt change. And you wont be sending the insurer to the wall with a 400 CHF claim
