Am I entitled to any form of social security help?
I have applied for that however they never got back to me
justin, I think you are full of crap and once again seem to be engaging in some attention-seeking behaviour, asking vague and obvious questions and giving vague and selective replies with minimal detail designed to keep people posting. Not to mention the constantly changing and inconsistent facts behind your varied stories.

Whoever you are behind that keyboard, you must be really bored if this is what you do for kicks.

I have no answer to your specific question, but you did not mention about your income from commissions. In case it’s just salary at the moment the biggest adjustment you should make is to down size your apartment and try to get a cheaper one. Paying almost 65-70% of your income as rent is far too much. Or try sharing your apartment (guessing you live alone). Hope it helps

Dude, you need to step away from your keyboard and seek advice from qualified people.
Exactly.

No-one here can truly know whether you're just young and confused (and perhaps scared... I think I would be, were I in your shoes), or simply attention-seeking and/or lazy as some think, or struggling because of the trauma to which you were subjected.

Irrespective of how people here have reacted to you, the advice you get here more or less points in the same direction: Go and ask for help at a professional advice centre. And you've received many suggestions of help-lines and centres on your other threads. Many of them are free, or free for the first consultation.

The reason we keep saying it, over and over again, is that the people at such centres are better equipped to assess your case. They are likely to know much more about such matters as, for example:
  • which forms you need,
  • which documents you will need to produce,
  • the conditions for accessing Social Security,
  • the conditions for accessing Prämienverbilligung,
  • possibilities for getting subsidised food,
  • whether you might qualify for any of these, and
  • if so, how to put in an application and how to follow it up, and
  • how write such letters to keep you out of trouble.
And they are also likely to know to which subsequent advice centre you should apply for the next bit of help, as you go along, gaining more control over your life.

It's up to you, though, to take the first step. I hope you do.

Hi thanks for your reply

No I am not on any form of social benefit I didn’t know they did that out here
I earn around 1800 chf after tax monthly the rest is commission I rely on commission as I work in consultative sales

My rent is roughly 1350 a month I just try and live on what I have
I save money but not using trams and walking everywhere
So you sell life insurance, pensions & savings plans.
Good luck if you expect any sympathy here.
