Car insurance on Tuned car

Currently very interesting in a 2017 car. The car has been tuned/chipped by the original selling garage AMAG from 220ps to 270ps and have confirmed car still remains under factory warranty after the tuning

My question is has anyone had experience of such a type of car and getting it insured, how do insurance companies look at it?

Re: Car insurance on Tuned car

They don't care, as long as it's legal.

Re: Car insurance on Tuned car

Another guy recently asked about car modifications, read this thread. https://www.englishforum.ch/transpor...fications.html

20% power increase is within the legal limits. 220 * 1.2 = 264 which is almost 270. Looks fine.

If you have access to the fahrzeugausweis or VIN, check for insurance quotes in comparis.ch
